CRAZY IDEA

I was talking to the guys from the Legion of Substitute Podcasters and the topic turned towards the crazy idea of doing trading cards featuring every major character from the Legion of Super-Heroes in all their different versions. Now, it's obviously not possible for anyone with a day job to find the time to get around to drawing all of them, but I had some free time over the last few days and I thought I would at least start the process and see how far I could get over the next few years. If I can even get to the end of the Silver Age run I'll consider it a success. And please take into account that I'll add my own little tweaks here and there when it comes to some design elements. Hope you enjoy them.

Yes, it's true! There's a Growing Up Enchanted iPhone game. It's pretty cute. I'm not much of a gamer myself, but I guess I'd compare it to a Mario Bros. type set up where you're moving Olianna through a series of levels. You can even get her to fly the dragon. If you've got kids they may have a lot of fun with it.

Here's the cover to the Legion of Super-Heroes in the 31st Century #13. From now on, if I ever post anything from that series again, I think I'll refer to it as LOSH31 to save myself a lot of time. The only super-hero work I had to display at the time were pages and covers from Johnny DC's Teen Titans Go and Legion of Super-Heroes series, so I decided to work out some samples with the Marvel characters and the above images are what I came up with.
